After years of helping others with early career transitions, we found that young professionals often make a move they regret without resources and guidance on how to take their next step.
Anchored on the importance of reflection, values, and the steps we learned in our own careers, we developed The Next Thing. Our goal is to help young professionals in the first 5 years of their career on their holistic, end-to-end career journey.
Our process starts from application and goes through negotiation and offer acceptance, all in a seamless virtual setting for an affordable price.
